Betsey serves as Chief Financial Officer at OneSeven, bringing more than two decades of experience leading finance and operations for growing, multi-entity organizations. Throughout her career, Betsey has focused on building strong financial foundations that support scale, transparency, and sound decision-making.

She has extensive experience overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audits, tax coordination, and internal controls, and is known for translating complex financial information into clear, practical insights. Betsey works closely with executive leadership and teams across the organization to align resources, evaluate ROI, and support OneSeven’s long-term growth.

Betsey holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, studied accounting at Cleveland State University and holds a BA from The Ohio State University. Betsey resides in Solon, Ohio with her husband Reuven and they have four adult children.  She enjoys attending live music events, theater, and watching Ohio State Football and the Cleveland Cavaliers.  Betsey also loves cooking, baking, puzzles and walking in the Metroparks.

I graduated from OSU when I was 20 years old and moved to NYC for my first job out of college.

I ran a café in an office building and had a catering business while my children were young, allowing me to use my entrepreneurial spirit to balance work and family.

I spent a year working for Ernst & Young in their Tel Aviv office in International Tax Consulting.
