He spent 20 years with two boutique equity research firms, FTN Midwest and Longbow Research, servicing large institutional clients such as Fidelity, Blackrock, and Eaton Vance. In this role, he consulted with portfolio managers and utilized his firms’ research to assist in security selection for client portfolios. Prior to specializing in the institutional equity research field, John worked at Fidelity Investments where he was ranked as one of their top financial advisors. John received his MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University and an accounting degree from Boston College. A Cleveland native, John lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio with his wife Donna and three sons. His hobbies include golf and traveling.
