Steve Ryan

Steven Ryan is a 24 year Veteran in the financial services industry. Steve graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University, and he carries FINRA series 6, 7, 63, 65 and Life insurance licenses. He started his financial advising career with a large insurance company. After building a successful book of business, he decided that he could serve his clients better by starting his own financial advising company. Managed Wealth Solutions was born. This allows for a less limited and non-biased financial solution for clients. Steve specializes in personal financial planning and management as well as the Higher Education retirement plans. Managed Wealth Solutions focuses on building long lasting relationships with excellent client service.

Steve resides in the Kalamazoo, Mi area with his wife Lori and daughters Hanna and Kira. In his free time, he enjoys family activities, boating, pickleball and is an avid snowmobiler and power sports enthusiast.

Patrick Volk

With over 33 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management, I have served as an executive counselor at Goldman Sachs, as well as held key roles at Merrill Lynch, Fisher Investments, and most recently helped grow a boutique practice. I’ve presented thousands of seminars and hosted a podcast aimed at guiding individuals into successful retirements while leaving a legacy for future generations, allowing my clients to focus on what truly matters most in life and it’s not money.

When not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife of 29 years, Brenda, and our five children in Brambleton, VA, along with our German Shepherd, Sully.

Andrew Raymond Thiem

Andrew Raymond Thiem brings a wealth of expertise and a personalized approach to his role as a Wealth Advisor and Senior Portfolio Advisor at Lakehouse Private Wealth Management. A CFP® candidate set to take the exam in March 2025, Andrew specializes in comprehensive wealth management, focusing on strategic areas such as wealth planning, risk mitigation, executive compensation optimization, asset preservation, and cash management strategies. His disciplined service model is tailored to meet the unique needs of a diverse clientele, with a central mission: helping clients maximize their hard-earned income and build toward their envisioned retirement lifestyle.

Andrew began his career in the financial industry in 2017 and quickly distinguished himself by earning the Morgan Stanley Pacesetter Award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management, with a minor in Psychology, from DePauw University, and maintains a broad set of industry licenses, including Series 7, Series 66, Life/Health/Annuity, and NMLS.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys basketball, golf, football, skiing, and spending time with his wife, Taylor, and their dog, Annabelle. With a commitment to disciplined and client-focused service, Andrew works tirelessly to help clients confidently pursue their financial and lifestyle goals.

Seth Herring

With over 14 years of experience the financial services industry, Seth is dedicated to helping families achieve their financial goals through personalized strategies and professional guidance. As a Managing Director with Rosehaven Family Office, Seth brings a comprehensive understanding – and more importantly, a cohesive plan – regarding investment management, estate planning, and tax optimization.

Additionally, Seth is the Principal and co-founder of Juniper Exchange, a full-service Real Estate Brokerage and Investment firm helping clients convert appreciated high maintenance, low yield properties into potentially higher yield, lower maintenance investments, while deferring federal and state income taxes. Seth’s deep understanding of 1031 exchanges and tax-advantaged alternative investments helps clients achieve their objectives.

Seth was formerly a Director at Oak Branch Advisors, a New York based technology, analytics, and operations company for investors in the private debt and non-bank finance sectors. Seth also managed large teams in forensic due diligence and litigation advisory, supporting some of the largest banks and law firms in the country.

Seth is a leader in his community and a member of the board of trustees of the United Jewish Federation of Utah. Seth is the father of the three most beautiful children in the whole world and resides in Park City, UT where he juggles skiing, biking, hiking, and pickleball, depending on the season.

Seth is an active multi-family real estate investor and a graduate of the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Seth holds series 65, 63 and 22 securities licenses, and a California Real Estate Sales license.

Arthur W. Brand

Arthur W. Brand is a highly experienced Senior Financial Advisor, specializing in wealth management and serving as a Certified Special Needs Advisor (CSNA). He began his financial career in 2004, bringing decades of expertise to help clients navigate the complexities of financial planning. With licenses in Series 7 and Series 66, Arthur is also licensed to provide insurance in both Texas and California.

Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1979. His academic background, combined with his extensive industry experience, allows him to offer tailored financial strategies that align with each client’s unique goals.

Arthur’s achievements extend beyond the financial realm, as he takes immense pride in his family, especially his four grandchildren who are active in sports year-round. Married for 42 years, Arthur and his wife Nancy are native Houstonians who are deeply involved in their community through philanthropy. They find great joy in giving back and making a difference through their charitable work.

When he’s not working with clients or spending time with family, Arthur enjoys hitting the golf course and continuing his philanthropic efforts.

With over four decades of experience in the financial industry, H. Todd Roggen has built a distinguished career since starting in 1980. Todd holds a BA in International Business and leverages his broad knowledge and certifications to guide individuals and families toward financial security. His dedication to client success, coupled with his in-depth industry knowledge, positions him as a trusted advisor in navigating the complexities of today’s financial landscape.

Beyond his professional life, Todd enjoys time with his family. He is married, has three daughters, and is the proud grandfather of seven.
