Kim is happy to have recently joined OneSeven as a wealth advisor. She graduated from University of Kansas and worked for Gannett Communications as a radio sales advisor for 17 years when she retired to raise her family. Once that goal was accomplished the next phase of life started with financial training at AXA/Equitable Insurance, where she found her desire to assist families and individuals with financial planning. She then joined Red Oak Capital Management where she focused on Money Management for her clients.
She is passionate about securing and growing the balance sheets of her clientele. Her clients goals become her focus as the investment planning evolves.
Words I Live By
My father said “Work Hard, Play Hard”
I believe that a balance to life is critical and committing to any venture means giving it your all. So, whether it is working or just relaxing it is important to separate the two and always know the importance and value of work and personal time.
You Should Know…
That family is of utmost importance to me. When not working, spending time with family is when I am most content.
Additionally, with a move from the Chicago area to Las Vegas I am most grateful to the new friends in this desert and cherish friends I’ve bonded with over the years.
I get abit stir crazy at home and am always up for any outing, adventure or experience.
My Literary Love
Ken Follet – “Pillars of the Earth”
It is a long read – but with my adoration for historical fiction, my opinion is, it is worth the time spent on every page.
The Best Getaway
Every getaway has been worth the expense and experience. So, if it is heading on a road trip, as we did so often when the children were young and involved in athletics, or overseas travel to another world, I’m already packed and ready to go!
The family trip with two close families to Mount Rushmore is forever treasured as fun and memorable. It is a trip in this amazing country that I recommend everyone experience.
My OneSeven Reason
I have a passion for assisting others with their financial goals. Communicating on a consistent basis and keeping them on track to achieve those goals is important to me and absolutely critical for my clients. Often my clients become close to the point of becoming friends and that relationship is valued at the highest level.
Just always doing the right honorable thing makes for a good night sleep for both me and my clients.
